TP-Link FR365 Overview

Designed for small businesses, the Festa FR365 AX3000 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit VPN Gateway from TP-Link helps to protect your network while providing easy configuration and management of connected devices. This VPN gateway features Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) support, with up to 2976 Mb/s throughput over the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. For wired connectivity, there are five Gigabit-speed RJ45 Ethernet ports, four of which can be switched between WAN and LAN modes. There is also one dedicated RJ45 WAN port and an SFP WAN/LAN port for 1 Gb/s fiber links.

The Festa FR365 delivers comprehensive security coverage with IPSec, PPTP, and L2TP VPN support over the IPSec/SSL protocols in addition to VLAN support. The IPsec VPN has a maximum throughput of 658.4 Mb/s with the ESP-SHA512-AES256 authentication and encryption algorithm. Additionally, the device can handle up to 150,000 concurrent sessions. Use the Festa app to configure and manage your VPN router and connected network devices from almost anywhere, at any time.

Wi-Fi Performance

With three powerful detachable antennas, this VPN gateway and router can transfer up to 2402 Mb/s on the 5 GHz band and 574 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz frequency. OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies optimize connections with compatible devices.

Wired Connectivity

The Festa FR365 features five RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports comprised of four flexible WAN/LAN ports and one dedicated WAN port. There is also one Gigabit SFP WAN/LAN port for fiber links.

Seamless Mesh Wi-Fi

Enjoy seamless roaming and uninterrupted connections when moving by configuring a mesh network with Festa access points and other devices.

Optimized Bandwidth

The multi-WAN Load Balancing function distributes data streams according to the bandwidth proportion of every WAN port, raising the utilization rate of multi-line broadband.

Block Unwanted Websites

Set internet access rights and strategies via IP/URL Filtering and Access Control List (ACL).

Backup Connection

A mobile 4G/3G broadband modem may be connected to the router through the USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 port as a backup WAN connection.
