Sony SRS-XV500 Overview

Play your favorite music or create your own as you party to the XV500 X-Series Wireless Party Speaker from Sony. Stream music to the XV500 via Bluetooth from a mobile device, plug in an optional USB stick, or connect a guitar and entertain the crowd. Whatever you play is made to sound great, with deep bass and clear vocals, thanks to Sony’s X-Balanced woofers and dual front-firing tweeters. Sound you can improve with either LIVE SOUND or MEGA BASS features. The XV500 can supply audio for up to 25 hours and built-in multi-color ambient light effects elevate your party to the next level.

X-Balanced Speakers

Working with the dual front-firing tweeters are a pair of X-Balanced 5.5″ woofers. The X-Balanced diaphragm design is almost rectangular, giving more surface area when compared to many conventional drivers. This increases sound pressure for punchier bass, less distortion, and clearer vocals.

Sing or Play Along

Dual inputs on the back of the XV500 let you play guitar or sing karaoke. One input is a microphone input and the other is a combo input, which means that instead of playing guitar, you can sing a duet.

Indoor and Outdoor Fun

Dual carry handles let you place the XV500 in any room inside, and thanks to splash- and rain-resistant construction, you can carry it outside as well. This makes the XV500 ideal for house parties, BBQs, pool parties, and more.

Add More for Bigger Crowds

Sony’s Party Connect feature is a part of the XV500, which allows it to sync with up to 100 compatible wireless speakers, allowing you to accommodate small hangouts to huge events.

Quick Charge

The party doesn’t have to stop because you forgot to charge the XV500. Simply plug in the included AC cord for 10 minutes and you can provide up to 2.5 hours of music for your guests.

Mobile Apps

You can use the Fiestable and Sony Music Center apps to control your experience. Both are available for iOS and Android devices. The Fiestable app offers DJ controls, lighting adjustments, and more. The Sony Music Center app offers speaker control, settings adjustment, playlist selection, speaker pairing, and more.
