The rugged body can handle outdoor use and is IP55-rated for significant water and dust resistance. No matter where you are, you can always power the MMR-99 FCC, as it offers a rechargeable battery, dynamo hand crank, and built-in solar panel. When powered, you can stream music via Bluetooth, listen to AM or FM-RDS/RBDS radio, or plug in a device via an AUX port. A variety of other features make it very useful at home or outdoors, such as a built-in 5-mode LED flashlight, alarm clock, and more.

The compact size of the MMR-99 FCC radio/speaker is small enough to make it handheld, or you can carry it around using the included removable strap.

Digital Radio

Easily tune into your favorite radio station for music, talk, and sports, or get important updates on news and the weather with digital tuning. The radio supports all 7 NOAA weather channels. ATS (Auto Tuning System) automatically finds the stations within range, and you can save your favorites as quick-access presets. The radio can save up to 40 AM/FM presets.

Two Ways to Listen

Whether you’re listening to AM/FM radio, a mobile playlist via Bluetooth, or an external device, you can enjoy your entertainment through the built-in 2 1/4″ 1.5W speaker or optional headphones.

5-Mode LED Flashlight

Find your way during evening hikes or signal for help with an integrated 5-mode 3-LED flashlight with 15 light patterns. The five modes include High, Low, Blinking, SOS, and Morse Code.

Charge Other Devices

The built-in battery of the MMR-99 can double as a power bank for your mobile devices, such as a smartphone or tablet. A single device can conveniently recharge via the radio’s USB port.

Alarm Clock

Wake up on time to continue your day with a built-in alarm clock with three alert types and seven buzzer levels. It also features both snooze and sleep functions if you need some additional rest.
