The Legion Y27q-30 27″ 1440p 180 Hz HDR Monitor from Lenovo games hard and works hard. It features a 165 Hz refresh rate to reduce image blur, tearing, and ghosting, which can be overclocked to 180 Hz. AMD FreeSync Premium and Adaptive-Sync further help to smooth visuals by syncing the monitor’s refresh rate with that of your graphics card, while a response time that can be set between 0.5 (MPRT) and 5 ms (off), depending on your needs, help ensure smooth transitions between colors.

The Legion Y27q-30 also features an IPS panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440, 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) support for 1.07 billion colors and DisplayHDR 400, a 16:9 aspect ratio, an anti-glare coating, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, a brightness of 400 nits, and coverage for 99% of the sRGB and 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamuts. Using the 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, it is possible to watch content from virtually any position. This display has two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, one 5 Gb/s USB-B 3.2 Gen 1 port, and four 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports. Audio may be output using either the dual integrated 3W speakers or the 3.5mm audio jack.

To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the Legion Y27-30 has a vertical tilt of -5 to 25°, a left/right swivel of 60° (±30°), a 180° pivot (±90°), and a height adjustment of 5.3″. It may also be mounted on a wall using its 100 x 100mm VESA thread.

Note:

Only the DisplayPort supports a refresh rate of 165 Hz (normal) or 180 Hz (overclocked). The HDMI ports support 144 Hz. Also, enabling MPRT will disable AMD FreeSync technology and may cause a negligible flicker.
