This converter has been tested only for iOptron mounts, and is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win8/Win8.1 and Mac operating systems. Its USB 2.0/1,0 plug will work with USB 3.0 ports, and iOptron offers a FTDI driver as a free download from their website.
