Epson commercial document scanners come with a 3-year limited warranty, featuring Next Business Day Whole Unit Exchange. Simply contact Epson to receive packaging and instructions to exchange your unit and get back up and running quickly.

At any time within the limited warranty period, you can choose an Epson Preferred Plus Extended Service Plan for 1 or 2 years of additional coverage. Renewals of Extended Service Plans can be purchased anytime as long as you are covered under either your limited warranty or an Extended Service Plan.

You may purchase Extended Service Plans may be purchased for up to a maximum of 5 years of continuous coverage, depending upon the product. Extended Service Plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under an Epson limited warranty or Epson Extended Service Plan. Expedited shipping may not be available in all areas.
