Accompany your 3D printer or collect and recreate digital models with the portable Creality CR-Scan Ferret 3D Handheld Scanner. For builders who wish to capture and recreate the fine details found in real-life items.

Sporting a compact and lightweight design, the Ferret can easily fit in your bag or travel kit for convenient on-the-road scanning. Using USB 3.0 connectivity, Ferret connects to your phone and allows you to easily scan your subject matter using an Android-based mobile device and an integrated ASIC chip. The Ferret gives you a 22 x 32.2″ single capture range with a working distance of 5.9 to 27.5″ and up to 30 fps scan speed, optimizing your captures with enhanced accuracy. Versatile design enables you to scan items indoors or outdoors with a substantial light source. You can even capture full-color textures, enabling you to recreate subject matter while keeping the original color of the object intact.

Dual Mode Scanning

Two modes can be easily switched depending on what you are scanning. High-accuracy mode gives you up to 0.1mm accuracy with 0.16mm 3D resolution for better dimensional accuracy. Wide-range mode is designed for larger items with a capture range up to 22 x 32.2mm.

Scan & Use

The Ferret uses your Android-based mobile device to capture your subject, allowing you to digitally gather it for recreation on your Windows 10 or 11 system or a macOS device.

Outdoor Use

Engineered with advanced optical technology and intelligent algorithms, Ferret has higher environmental adaptability and maintains performance even in bright light.

Flexible Charging

Low power consumption enables the Ferret to be powered by a 5V power bank as well as your Android phone, enabling you to record wherever, whenever.
